We're currently 36 weeks pregnant and "due" on June 25, which is coming up faster and faster! It seems like a good time to get a blog started, for friends and family to follow as we have news and photos to share. The apartment is almost done: we've cleaned out lots of stuff (plants, old clothes, the worst of the bad furniture) and created space for all the baby stuff, which is close to taking over. It'll be a tight fit, but I think we can do it. Jobs for this weekend include setting up the co-sleeper; buying the last items on our list of basics; washing the last of the new and borrowed clothes, sheets, towels, etc.; and more cleaning, as always.
I just heard from another classmate from our birthing class. Despite the "natural" approach we learned in the Bradley method, we're currently 3 for 3 with C-section deliveries. Yowsers, that's a little scary. Hopefully the second half of the group can balance that ratio out a little better.
